In November 2011 the surgery, with the help of its Patient Participation Group, designed a survey of patient views about the way we provide our services. This was then sent out by e-mail to a representative group of 200 patients. We had 63 responses and these can be seen now in our online report.

We were reassured to find that the standard of service we provide to our patients remains good, and also pleased to identify areas where improvements can be made.
